I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful with a bath that overlooked the serene river. The hotel staff was truly fantastic, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. The onsen was a hidden gem, offering a truly rejuvenating experience. The koi pond in the lobby added a delightful touch to the overall ambiance. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breakfast provided a delicious start to the day. The hotel's dinner, consisting of a 10-dish experience meal, was an absolute gastronomic delight. Additionally, the staff's thoughtful gesture of allowing guests to witness the koi fish being fed during check-out was a memorable experience. This was truly one of the best Ryokans I have ever stayed at.
Nothing, all great.

Beautiful scenery and great staff. Loved the view from the room looking out at the river. the beds were really comfortable and we enjoyed having a little onsen. We also liked how there was a koi pond in the lobby, it was a nice touch. the breakfast was fantastic, and it was really awesome to see the koi fish being fed when we were checking out.
The hotel isn't very accommodating for taller guests. My friend who is over 6ft had to duck to avoid hitting the doorframes.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I was pleasantly surprised to find a little onsen at this hotel, which added to the luxurious feel. The lobby also had a charming koi pond that added a unique touch. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I also had the opportunity to try their 10 dish dinner, which was a delectable culinary experience. The staff even took the time to show me the koi fish being fed during check-out, leaving me with fond memories.
